About the role
This freelance position supports AI development projects by applying US corporate law expertise. You will work remotely on a project‑by‑project basis, helping to test, evaluate, and improve AI systems that generate legal content.
Key responsibilities
- Generate challenging prompts that test AI reasoning in corporate law contexts.
- Evaluate AI‑generated answers for correctness, logical consistency, and adherence to legal standards.
- Refine AI reasoning to align with first‑principles and accepted legal practices.
- Apply structured scoring criteria to assess multi‑step problem‑solving performance.
Required profile
- Law degree (JD, LLM, FLLM or equivalent) within the US legal system.
- Minimum 2 years of practice as a US corporate attorney or legal consultant.
- Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection.
