Customer Service Representative – Automotive Parts

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our Kumeu store. You will be the first point of contact for trade customers, helping them find the right automotive parts and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist trade customers at the counter and over the phone.
• Identify and recommend the correct vehicle parts and solutions.
• Pick, pack and process orders accurately.
• Spot upsell opportunities and suggest related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our loyal customer base.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or trade sector.
• Strong computer literacy with basic Excel knowledge.
• Genuine interest in cars and vehicle parts.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Team‑first mindset, willing to pitch in wherever needed.
