Customer Onboarding Agent

About the role

EROAD is looking for a Customer Onboarding Agent to join its fast‑growing team in Albany, Auckland. You will be the first point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding journey and ensuring a smooth hand‑over to our installation partners.

Key responsibilities

• Review converted quotes and verify customer details.
• Allocate stock, issue purchase orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Liaise with installers, third‑party stakeholders and customers to schedule installations.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and update spreadsheets.
• Respond to customer queries, troubleshoot issues and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar customer‑facing or coordination role, preferably involving installers or trades.
• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous record‑keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system.
• Competence in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel).
