Vehicle Sales Assistant – Full‑time

About the role

South Canterbury Toyota is looking for a motivated Vehicle Sales Assistant to support its busy sales team. This full‑time position involves providing administrative and customer‑facing support to ensure a smooth buying experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Vehicle Consultants and the in‑house Finance & Insurance Manager.
• Handle sales and vehicle administration tasks.
• Manage customer communications throughout the sales journey.
• Prepare vehicle listings and ensure attractive presentation of stock.
• Help create a seamless, high‑quality experience for customers from enquiry to delivery.

Required profile

• Positive, reliable and proactive attitude.
• Genuine desire to enhance the customer experience.
• Current full NZ driver’s licence.
• Legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
