Talent Acquisition Specialist Coordinator

About the role

This position supports essential recruiting efforts for a senior‑level area, working with hiring managers, HR partners and external stakeholders. The role operates with minimal supervision and handles complex recruitment processes from intake to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates, then recommend qualified individuals to hiring managers.
• Manage the end‑to‑end hiring workflow, including interview scheduling, pre‑hire assessments and pre‑boarding.
• Provide recruiting training, share best practices and communicate talent acquisition guidelines to stakeholders.
• Support hiring managers and HR teams on talent acquisition tools, processes and data analysis.
• Assist global talent acquisition projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in talent acquisition or HR operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR recruiting practices and best‑practice standards.
• Strong relationship‑building and consulting skills with business leaders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
