About the role
Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter and work from anywhere while accessing live global vacancies. You will focus on sourcing and submitting top candidates for client roles and receive a placement fee for each successful hire.
Key responsibilities
- Access and review active global job openings on the RecXchange platform.
- Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates into hiring processes.
- Collaborate with other independent recruiters on shared opportunities.
- Earn a placement fee of $3,000‑$11,000 for each candidate hired.
Required profile
- Current or former agency recruiters seeking additional placements.
- Freelance recruiters building their own business.
- Recruiters between roles who want to continue billing.
- Professionals with strong candidate networks and a proven sourcing track record.
