About the role

Join IAG’s People Platforms team as the SuccessFactors Functional Lead, responsible for designing, configuring and evolving the SAP SuccessFactors environment across Australia and New Zealand. You will combine hands‑on configuration with functional leadership, partnering closely with vendors and internal teams to deliver high‑quality HR solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead functional design and hands‑on configuration of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and technology standards.
  • Provide deep expertise in Employee Central and additional modules such as Time Off, Compensation, Talent or Learning.
  • Configure workflows, business rules, MDF objects and functional data structures for both project delivery and ongoing operations.
  • Partner with payroll, identity, integration and architecture teams to define and validate functional requirements for integrations and data flows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendor partners to gather requirements, run design workshops and apply SuccessFactors best practices.
  • Maintain functional integrity of solutions, addressing data privacy, role‑based permissions, security and compliance.
  • Lead testing activities, including system testing, UAT coordination, defect triage and support cut‑over and post‑go‑live stabilisation.

Required profile

  • Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors in a functional, lead or consulting capacity.
  • Strong hands‑on delivery background with a focus on Employee Central and at least one additional module.
  • Demonstrated ability to configure complex HR processes and data models.
  • Curiosity, problem‑solving capability and genuine passion for SuccessFactors.
