Senior Salesforce Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead transformative technology initiatives for clients in Auckland. You will work closely with stakeholders across the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to solution design and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into robust Salesforce solutions.
• Design high‑level architecture and detailed technical designs for Force.com, Communication Cloud, OmniStudio, CPQ, and Order Management implementations.
• Develop, test, and deliver high‑quality code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Integrate Salesforce with AWS, Heroku, and third‑party systems using integration/ETL technologies.
• Lead validation activities across unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing phases.
• Provide post‑implementation support, transition, and warranty services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 6‑9 years of experience delivering CRM solutions, with at least 4 years on Salesforce Force.com platform projects.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to senior client stakeholders.
