Senior Project Planner/Scheduler – ERP Business Central (6‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Planner/Scheduler to support a 6‑month Business Central ERP implementation in the Auckland area. The role joins a large transformation programme, working closely with a Senior Project Manager to ensure the project stays on schedule and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Document and communicate project risks, deliverables, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to align planning activities with Business Central milestones.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and delivery.
• Proven experience on ERP projects, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Ability to start immediately and work on‑site in Avondale or Ellerslie.
