Senior Project Manager – Central North Island (Waikato)

About the role

TSA Riley is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to expand its presence across the Central North Island, focusing on the Waikato region. The role offers high autonomy while being supported by a national team in New Zealand and Australia, and is ideal for a professional with strong local networks and a passion for delivering high‑quality property and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex client‑side projects in the property and infrastructure sectors across the Central North Island.
• Build, nurture and expand relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Act as TSA Riley’s senior representative in the region, enhancing market presence and generating new work.
• Collaborate with project delivery teams in New Zealand and Australia to leverage national capabilities.
• Support and mentor junior team members as the regional portfolio grows.
• Contribute to the regional strategic plan and business development activities.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing large‑scale property or infrastructure projects.
• Deep knowledge of the Central North Island market, especially Waikato.
• Strong local networks and proven ability to generate new business.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with national teams.
