About the role
We are hiring a Senior HubSpot Consultant to own client engagements end‑to‑end, from the initial scoping workshop through implementation and long‑term retention. Reporting directly to the founder, you will lead solution architecture, delivery, and the ongoing client relationship across our B2B mid‑market portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage a portfolio of client relationships, conducting regular check‑ins, performance reviews and quarterly business reviews to drive retention.
- Lead structured discovery and scoping workshops, translating ambiguous business problems into robust HubSpot architectures (pipelines, custom objects, lead scoring, attribution).
- Design end‑to‑end solutions across Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs and integrate with tools such as Aircall, Firmable, ERP/finance systems and AI agents.
- Determine the optimal mix of process redesign, HubSpot configuration, and custom development, addressing process bottlenecks before building around them.
- Run project delivery in ClickUp, handling scoping, sprint planning, capacity management, status reporting and client communications.
- Brief and support the implementation team, review their work, unblock issues and ensure quality delivery.
- Proactively manage scope, risk and timelines, catching scope creep early and maintaining clear communication.
- Sign off on builds against process, data integrity and reporting requirements.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience delivering HubSpot implementations for B2B mid‑market clients.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving long‑term retention.
- Strong analytical mindset to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑growing, AI‑forward environment.
Required skills
- HubSpot configuration and custom‑object architecture (Sales, Marketing, Service Hubs).
- HubSpot APIs and integrations with Aircall, Firmable, ERP/finance systems, and AI agents.
- ClickUp project‑management platform.
- Data modeling, lead scoring and attribution setup.
- AI workflow automation (Agentic AI builds).
