Chargé(e) de communication en alternance

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a hands‑on experience in both external and internal communication for VINCI Construction’s Civil Engineering division in France. You will support the development of the company’s visibility, create content for digital channels, and help improve internal information flows.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen the company’s presence on LinkedIn by planning, writing and publishing posts related to activities.
• Assist in developing the overall communication strategy and contribute to website updates.
• Update internal communication tools such as office screens and the intranet.
• Support the organization of internal events.
• Manage the photo library, coordinate photo/video shoots, and contribute to the production of the annual film and other visual assets.
• Refresh commercial offers and various communication supports.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bac+4/Bac+5 program in communication, marketing or a related field.
• Strong writing skills and a keen interest in technical environments.
• Autonomous, creative and proactive with a willingness to propose ideas.
• Comfortable handling varied communication challenges, both internal and external.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using LinkedIn for professional communication.
