Senior Enterprise Account Executive – APAC

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the ANZ region, focusing on the BFSI and Logistics/Retail sectors. You will sell Camunda’s enterprise platform that orchestrates AI agents, people and systems, helping large organisations modernise complex business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new ARR and expand existing accounts through complex sales cycles, including technical discovery, presentations, and negotiations.
• Articulate Camunda’s value proposition to technical and business leaders at multiple levels.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and partner teams to align with customer use cases.
• Work with Account Development Representatives to create contacts in middle and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience in ANZ, consistently exceeding quota.
• Proven track record selling complex IT solutions to organisations with >10,000 employees.
• Experience navigating multi‑disciplinary buying centres and engaging C‑level stakeholders.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of enterprise software sales methodologies.
• Ability to conduct technical discovery and evaluate complex solutions.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
