Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured professional conversations with candidates and clients.
• Follow established marketing and lead‑generation systems to attract and qualify prospects.
• Assess candidate suitability using a guided evaluation process.
• Manage your own schedule and workflow while accessing ongoing training and support.
• Support onboarding processes and maintain compliance with system guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently.
• Interest in personal and professional development.
• Residency in Australia or New Zealand.
