Resort Management Couple – Luxury Private Island Resort, Fiji

About the role

We are seeking an experienced management couple to lead the day‑to‑day operations of a 16‑villa luxury private island resort in Fiji. This senior, hands‑on position offers full autonomy and direct access to the owners, ensuring the highest standards of guest experience and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including accommodation, food & beverage, housekeeping, and guest services.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high performance, training, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and control budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers, local authorities, and service providers.
• Continuously improve guest satisfaction through personalized service and innovative offerings.

Required profile

• Proven senior management experience in luxury hospitality or resort environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a couple.
• Excellent decision‑making, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to live on‑site for the duration of the contract.
