About the role
Bloom's Pretzels Limited is looking for a Commercial Bakery Assistant to join its daily production line in Mount Roskill. This part‑time, on‑site position focuses on creating soft pretzels and supports the bakery team throughout the shift.
Key responsibilities
- Roll and twist dough to form soft pretzels.
- Weigh each pretzel to meet production specifications.
- Assist with daily production tasks and maintain a steady workflow.
- Support the bakery team in keeping the work area clean and organized.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
- Ability to work part‑time on‑site in a fast‑moving kitchen environment.
- Reliability and willingness to follow food‑safety procedures.
