Remote Postdoctoral Researcher – AI Training (10‑40 hrs/week)

About the role

We are seeking highly qualified researchers with a Master’s or PhD to contribute to cutting‑edge AI training projects. This fully remote, flexible contract allows you to work 10–40 hours per week on challenging problems that shape the reasoning capabilities of leading AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and solve advanced, multidisciplinary problems that test and improve AI reasoning.
• Develop complex, real‑world problem statements drawing on your domain expertise.
• Review and evaluate AI‑generated outputs for academic rigor, accuracy, and logical soundness.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to enhance model performance.
• Ensure clarity, precision, and intellectual depth in all deliverables.

Required profile

• Holder of a Master’s or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top‑tier university.
• Proven research track record with publications or management of complex technical projects.
• Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment.
• Fluent English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand.
