Regional Manager – Centre Experience (New Zealand)

About the role

Westfield is seeking a Regional Manager for Centre Experience to lead its five New Zealand destinations. Reporting to the Group General Manager – Customer and Destination, you will act as the bridge between the NZ operations and the broader Australian enterprise, ensuring local insights shape enterprise decisions while embedding corporate standards across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the five Centre Managers to deliver consistent, high‑quality customer, operational and commercial performance.
• Translate enterprise strategy into clear regional priorities and execution plans.
• Ensure each destination meets high standards of presentation, service and operational readiness.
• Use customer insights, retailer feedback and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Proactively manage risk, governance and compliance, including workplace and life‑safety requirements.
• Build leadership capability, accountability and succession depth within the regional team.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Leasing, Marketing, Risk, Finance and Asset Management to achieve outcomes.
• Serve as the primary connection point between New Zealand operations and the Australian enterprise.

• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence across multiple retail destinations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering financial and commercial performance.
• Experience managing compliance, risk and safety standards in a multi‑site environment.
