About the role
Star Hospitality, part of the DB Breweries and HEINEKEN family, is looking for a Purchase to Pay Administrator to keep its finance operations running smoothly. You will work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, processing invoices, handling supplier queries and supporting expense claims.
Key responsibilities
- Process invoices end‑to‑end and maintain accurate payment cycles.
- Act as the primary contact for supplier queries and manage the shared inbox.
- Complete monthly Top 10 supplier reconciliations.
- Process expense claims and assist with audit requests when required.
- Identify and suggest small improvements to enhance efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience using SAP in an FMCG environment.
- Experience with Sage is preferred.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills with a high‑accuracy mindset.
- Confident communicator with a customer‑service approach.
