People Operations Specialist – Remote (Part‑time, $60‑$80/hr)

About the role

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to work remotely on a part‑time contract (20+ hours/week). You will design and author enterprise‑scale HR scenarios covering talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, and workforce planning for Fortune 500 organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Construct scenarios across talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, and workforce planning at Fortune 500 scale.
• Build tasks involving enterprise HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud) for 5 k–50 k employee populations.
• Develop multi‑country leave, benefits, and compliance scenarios (FMLA, ADA, EU parental leave, APAC statutory programs).
• Design total‑rewards programs including equity, deferred compensation, and executive compensation.
• Author DEI programs, organizational design initiatives, and M&A people‑integration rubrics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Total Rewards, or Talent at a Fortune 500 or large public company, or at a top‑tier HR advisory/executive‑search firm serving Fortune 500 clients.
• Direct experience with enterprise HRIS at scale and multi‑country workforce programs.
• Familiarity with Fortune 500 compensation philosophy, equity programs, and related regulatory environments.
• Preferred: prior experience authoring rubrics, training content, or HR enablement materials.
