Business Leadership Coach & Advisor

About the role

FocalPoint New Zealand is seeking an experienced Business Leadership Coach & Advisor to join its flexible, New Zealand‑based coaching network. You will be trained, certified, and supported to build an independent coaching practice under the global FocalPoint brand, delivering executive and business coaching to clients across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow a personal client base of business owners, executives, and leadership teams.
• Deliver professional executive coaching, management guidance, and business coaching programmes.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, behavioural assessments, and leadership development initiatives.
• Utilise FocalPoint’s proven coaching frameworks and content to drive measurable business results.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the FocalPoint leadership team for mentorship and brand alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of progressive business experience with clear career growth.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in senior or executive roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self‑starter attitude.
• Desire for independence and control over your schedule.
• Based in New Zealand or committed to relocating there.
