Online Assistant – Order Picking & Packing

About the role

We are looking for an Online Assistant to join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand’s fulfilment team. In this role you will help ensure that online grocery orders are prepared accurately, efficiently and safely for our customers across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders, maintaining high accuracy and speed.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any customer enquiries.
• Follow health and safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Effective communicator who works well within a team.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude with a smile.
