About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, supporting our growing online grocery service. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders accurately, efficiently and safely.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a strong focus on health and safety for yourself and teammates.

Required profile

• Demonstrates good customer service and a customer‑first mindset.
• Works well within a team and communicates effectively.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
