Online Assistant

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping to fulfil online grocery orders for customers across the country. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, ensuring orders are picked, packed and ready for delivery with accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders accurately, efficiently and safely.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Support the online fulfilment team by following established processes and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and the ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a welcoming smile.
