About the role
Join JB Hi‑Fi’s Buying Team as an Inventory Planner and help ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, and the online team to load new SKUs, manage promotions, and support store inventory needs.
Key responsibilities
- Create inventory plans for daily operations, product launches and promotions.
- Raise purchase orders and maintain supplier relationships.
- Analyse sales trends and forecast demand.
- Support stores with inventory queries and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Identify shortages, plan recoveries and communicate updates.
- Maintain master data for items, vendors and pricing.
- Collaborate with product managers to meet category goals.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Interest in retail and supply‑chain processes.
