About the role

Join a dedicated cardiac care team at a North‑based hospital as a Nurse Practitioner. This permanent, full‑time position allows you to use advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose and manage patients with cardiac conditions while working alongside skilled healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cardiac assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions within the hospital setting.
• Collaborate closely with cardiologists, physicians, and nursing staff.
• Provide education to patients and families on cardiac health management.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and clinical research projects.
• Mentor and support junior nursing staff.

Required profile

• Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with AHPR.
• Master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing or equivalent.
• Significant experience in cardiac or critical‑care nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous learning.
