Multidisciplinary Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Multidisciplinary Designer to join our creative team in Wellington. You will help shape the visual identity of our outdoor brands, Hunters Element® and Desolve®, across ecommerce, digital, retail, campaigns, and brand activations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality creative for ecommerce sites, web pages, email marketing, social media, paid ads, landing pages and digital campaigns.
• Execute seasonal campaign rollouts across multiple channels while maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Ecommerce and Product teams to translate creative direction into compelling visual communication.
• Apply UI/UX principles to improve usability, engagement and conversion on digital touchpoints.
• Develop scalable templates, systems and toolkits to streamline workflow efficiency.
• Support product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns with commercially effective creative.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multidisciplinary design, preferably at an intermediate to senior level.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling and visual systems.
• Ability to manage projects from brief through delivery, balancing creativity with commercial awareness.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
