Freelance Interior Designer – Creative Film Space

About the role

We are seeking an experienced freelance interior designer to transform a newly built industrial building into a vibrant creative hub for film production. The project calls for a blend of Alpine Industrial aesthetics with subtle old‑Hollywood touches, creating functional yet inspiring environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a detailed floor plan in CAD covering offices, production areas, collaborative nooks, lounge, coffee bar, commercial kitchen, bathrooms, workrooms, mezzanine and expansion zones.
• Create 3D renderings or a fly‑through to visualise spatial flow and thematic integration.
• Incorporate the ‘Alpine Industrial’ theme while maximising the 35‑ft ceiling height.
• Ensure all spaces are comfortable, functional and budget‑friendly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, incorporate feedback quickly and present design concepts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in architectural interior design, preferably for creative or industrial settings.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software and 3D visualisation tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating thematic spatial planning.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple deliverables.
• Excellent communication for stakeholder interaction.
• Knowledge of cost‑effective materials suitable for industrial environments.
• Immediate availability to start.
