Media Solutions Director – 6 Month Contract

About the role

Join Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) as a Media Solutions Director on a 6‑month contract. You will lead the Group Media Solutions team to design, scale and operate market‑leading media solutions across programmatic, video, data, measurement and automation, driving growth for agencies and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and operate media solutions that simplify complexity and unlock innovation.
• Partner with agency leadership to translate product capabilities into client‑focused planning and commercial outcomes.
• Provide strategic guidance, tactical recommendations and exceptional customer service for Publicis accounts.
• Create customised sales solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Influence growth strategy, share expertise across the organisation and build a high‑quality pipeline.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in digital media, with deep knowledge of video, BVOD, TV and programmatic ecosystems.
• Proven track record of driving digital media growth and delivering client outcomes in matrixed organisations.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills.
• Senior‑level professional able to adapt, prioritize and influence senior stakeholders.
