Marketing Manager (2 positions) – 24‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

Visa Consulting & Analytics is seeking two Marketing Managers to join a client team in Auckland on a 24‑month fixed‑term contract. You will design, deliver and optimise customer‑centric marketing communications that support partnership and portfolio objectives, drive engagement and achieve commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, lead and execute end‑to‑end customer marketing communications aligned with partnership and portfolio goals.
• Lead delivery and optimisation of multi‑channel marketing activities across the customer journey.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with brand, legal, regulatory and conduct standards, managing approvals efficiently.
• Provide reporting, analysis and commentary on marketing performance and outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enable effective delivery and long‑term value.

Required profile

• Background in customer marketing, partnership marketing or campaign delivery, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Experience working in a squad or agile environment.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and navigate regulatory requirements.
