Marketing Automation Specialist

About the role

Stuff Digital is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the evolution of its marketing automation capability. You will design and optimise personalised, AI‑driven customer journeys that boost registrations, engagement, loyalty and subscriber revenue across the company’s digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver best‑in‑class lifecycle marketing and automation strategies.
• Build personalised, multi‑channel customer journeys that increase conversion, retention and engagement.
• Own and evolve marketing automation platforms, including Braze and Piano.
• Create intelligent orchestration layers that connect data signals, AI tools and platforms into seamless automated workflows.
• Drive conversion‑rate optimisation across digital touchpoints.
• Partner with Product, Editorial, Commercial and Audience Development teams to align experiences with business outcomes.
• Develop robust testing, experimentation and performance measurement frameworks.
• Help define responsible AI governance for marketing operations.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with a strong curiosity for emerging technology.
• Deep understanding of customer behaviour and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM or audience growth roles.
• Proactive mindset, comfortable working at the intersection of marketing, data and product.
