Marketing Coordinator – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term (Hybrid)

About the role

Aliaxis is seeking an organised and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join its New Zealand marketing team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This hybrid role offers variety, from planning sales promotions to supporting trade‑show logistics and handling essential administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creation and execution of the quarterly promotional calendar, partnering with sales managers and distributors.
• Source high‑value giveaways and manage promotions from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing services, and product management.
• Coordinate with external creative agencies and in‑house design teams to brief, review, and deliver promotional assets.
• Assist the wider team with events, trade shows, marketing communications, and administrative duties including invoicing and internal event organisation.
• Support day‑to‑day client communication and campaign activity.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Customer Insights module to deliver targeted email marketing campaigns and manage customer communications.
• Represent Aliaxis NZ and Marley at nominated trade and industry events.

Required profile

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Energetic and proactive, willing to roll up sleeves for both creative and administrative tasks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively across sales, product, and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
