About the role
Concord is seeking a Licensed Immigration Adviser to join its New Zealand team in Auckland. You will manage complex visa cases across multiple pathways while collaborating with product and engineering teams to embed immigration expertise into the company’s platform.
Key responsibilities
- Handle end‑to‑end casework for Accredited Employer Work Visas, Skilled Migrant Category, Entrepreneur and Investor routes.
- Partner with engineering to translate immigration processes into automated workflows, checklists and platform features.
- Develop and refine compliance procedures, client engagement playbooks and operational best practices for the NZ operation.
- Deliver consistently excellent client outcomes and contribute to the growth strategy of Concord in New Zealand.
Required profile
- Current licence to provide immigration advice in New Zealand.
- Proven experience managing complex business immigration cases.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Excellent communication skills for advising founders, operators and high‑growth companies.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of New Zealand immigration law and visa categories.
- Ability to design and document process workflows.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and automation concepts.
