About the role
Eil Global is seeking an experienced IT Onsite OSS Support professional to provide desktop, network and end‑user computing services for its Hamilton office. The role runs full‑time, Monday to Friday during business hours, and is scheduled until 17 June 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating system, hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure and support desktops, laptops and peripheral devices.
- Provide onsite and remote end‑user assistance for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel).
- Perform Active Directory tasks such as password resets, account unlocks and group management.
- Diagnose LAN, Wi‑Fi and VPN connectivity problems.
- Configure and maintain printers, scanners, webcams, headsets and USB devices.
- Support AV and meeting‑room equipment, including Microsoft Teams Rooms and conference systems.
- Log and manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, Jira or Remedy, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Coordinate asset management and hardware replacement activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on IT support experience.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication with end users and team members.
