Intermediate Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Intermediate Full Stack Engineer to design, build and maintain production systems for a fast‑growing engineering and technology company based in Newmarket, Auckland. You will work alongside experienced engineers and product teams to deliver high‑quality, customer‑facing solutions in a collaborative, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop front‑end features using React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain back‑end services with C# and .NET Core.
• Design, implement and manage Azure cloud services, including CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
• Write clean, maintainable and well‑tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Take ownership from estimation and technical design through to production deployment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of commercial full‑stack development experience.
• Strong ownership, accountability and commitment to high‑quality outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively in a growth‑stage environment with evolving priorities.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to identify risks and knowledge gaps.
• Motivation for professional development and comfortable working onsite in a collaborative team.
