About the role

The People & Culture Operations Coordinator will manage end‑to‑end HR operations, ensuring a smooth employee experience from onboarding through off‑boarding while maintaining accurate data and insightful reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end employment documentation, including contracts and variations, and keep records accurate in SharePoint and BambooHR.
  • Maintain and update employee data, organisational charts and reporting lines after structural changes.
  • Oversee HR communications, manage the HR inbox and share employee updates with stakeholders.
  • Support recruitment processes with Talent Acquisition, schedule assessments and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate compliance activities such as background checks, regulatory requirements and risk‑management reporting.
  • Deliver seamless onboarding and off‑boarding processes, from pre‑boarding to exit.
  • Provide general HR administrative support and contribute to process improvements, including initiatives like an alumni program.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent; HR certification desirable.
  • 2–3 years of corporate HR operations experience, including HRIS administration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong ownership of tasks and high integrity with confidential information.
  • Service‑oriented, clear professional communication and ability to build trust quickly.
  • Proactive problem‑solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Organised, reliable, calm under pressure, able to handle multiple conflicting priorities and adapt to frequent changes.
