About the role

We are looking for remote, independent recruiters to source candidates for live client vacancies on the RecXchange platform. You will work from anywhere, focusing on candidate discovery and submission to earn placement fees.

Key responsibilities

• Access and review active global job openings on the platform.
• Identify, engage and evaluate qualified candidates.
• Submit candidate profiles into hiring processes.
• Collaborate with other recruiters on shared opportunities.
• Earn a fee of $3,000‑$11,000 for each successful placement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency or freelance recruitment.
• Strong network of candidates across multiple sectors.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
