Healthcare Marketing Specialist

About the role

RosterLab is looking for a Marketing Specialist who will own the creation of marketing content and market intelligence for its AI‑powered healthcare workforce planning platform. You will work closely with sales, product, and hospital stakeholders to translate complex roster optimisation capabilities into clear, compelling messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Write technical case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, one‑pagers, email campaigns and newsletters tailored to distinct buyer personas (nurses, workforce managers, clinical directors, CFOs).
• Manage and grow RosterLab’s presence across social media channels, producing content that builds credibility with healthcare stakeholders.
• Analyse visitor behaviour on the website and develop strategies to improve retention and conversion across the funnel.
• Conduct market research and gather buyer insights to inform messaging and positioning.
• Build deep product knowledge and translate complex capabilities into clear marketing assets.

Required profile

• Strong interest or experience in healthcare, healthtech, or a clinical environment.
• Excellent writing ability and a passion for creating content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Comfortable engaging directly with hospital staff, sales teams, and senior founders.
• Self‑starter who can work hands‑on with content creation and grow into strategic messaging ownership.
