About the role

Lenny is looking for a Growth & Marketing Operations Lead to drive the next phase of expansion across New Zealand and future Australian markets. This senior‑level position blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, covering digital campaigns, performance marketing, CRM automation, analytics and AI‑enabled initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support growth initiatives for NZ and upcoming Australian operations.
• Coordinate and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, display, EDM, SEO and other channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, reporting, attribution and ROI.
• Improve marketing workflows, automation and CRM‑driven customer journeys.
• Assist with content planning, brand consistency and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with external agencies, developers, designers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Contribute to AI‑driven projects and future marketing innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing or marketing operations.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and campaign analytics.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving fintech environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and external suppliers.
