Freelance Junior Journalist - AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Junior Journalist to work as an AI Trainer, helping to shape AI models that generate human-like text. This project-based role involves creating high-quality content that teaches AI reasoning, logic, nuance and clarity, all on a flexible remote schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Craft original, clear, fact-checked responses based on project guidelines.
• Generate challenging prompts to test AI capabilities.
• Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate AI answers.
• Follow style and quality standards to ensure consistency across outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, Literature, or Education.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in journalism, communications, PR or related fields.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
• Stable internet connection and availability for part-time, non-permanent projects.
