ESL Teacher for Young Learners (Ages 3‑16) – China

About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic English as a Second Language (ESL) teachers to join its network of schools across China. You will work with young learners aged 3‑16, delivering interactive, high‑energy lessons that follow the company’s award‑winning curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to children and teenagers using engaging, activity‑based methods.
• Utilise English 1’s digital teaching tools and curriculum resources.
• Track student progress, provide constructive feedback and support individual growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs and community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport.
• Genuine interest in education, travel and cultural exchange.
• Clean background check.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus – sponsorship possible.
