About the role

English 1 is seeking enthusiastic English Second Language (ESL) teachers to join its network of schools in China. You will work with young learners aged 3‑16, delivering interactive, high‑energy lessons that follow the company’s award‑winning curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to children aged 3‑16 in dynamic classroom settings.
• Use English 1’s curriculum and digital teaching tools to create engaging lessons.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual growth.
• Participate in school events, cultural programs, and community activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid passport.
• Genuine interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
• Clean background check.
• ESL certification (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is a plus and can be sponsored.
