Digital Workplace Engineer

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a Digital Workplace Engineer to join its global team in Wellington. You will be responsible for supporting modern workplace platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for users across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incidents, manage change activities and contribute to Agile projects.
• Provide advanced support for Desktop and Server operating systems, including deployment, Group Policy, Intune, Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Support Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI, PVS, ADC).
• Manage Azure Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
• Deploy applications and updates using SCCM and Intune.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, support and security teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Microsoft desktop environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud PC / Virtual Desktop solutions.
• Proficiency in Group Policy and Intune administration.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
