Digital Performance Specialist

About the role

As a Digital Performance Specialist in ANZ’s Marketing Performance team, you will help drive growth by turning data into actionable insights for digital campaigns. Based in Auckland, you will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment focused on improving customer experiences across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse digital journeys, campaign data and performance metrics to uncover trends and optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain reports that translate analytics into clear business insights.
• Support the execution and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns.
• Participate in test‑and‑learn initiatives, measuring impact and informing future strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data‑driven, compliant campaign delivery aligned with business goals.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in digital marketing.
• Strong data‑analytics capability with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including performance marketing and media buying.
• Curiosity, critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage large data sets and produce actionable recommendations.
