About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join Ronald McDonald House Charities New Zealand. In this hands‑on position you will plan, build and launch digital‑first campaigns across email, website and social channels to support families with children in hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Design, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns using Salesforce Pardot for email/CRM.
- Update website landing pages, ensure basic SEO and conversion rate optimisation.
- Schedule and coordinate social media content, including paid social where applicable.
- Perform quality assurance checks – testing, link verification, tracking hygiene and segment approvals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain campaign calendars.
Required profile
- Proven experience delivering multi‑channel digital campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a disciplined QA and testing approach.
- Clear, confident communication and ability to work proactively with cross‑functional teams.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand (citizen, resident or valid visa).
