Digital Marketing (Paid Media) Coordinator

About the role

Join ZURU’s global Toys team as a Paid Media Coordinator and own the planning, buying, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns for top toy brands. You will work across major platforms, collaborate with media partners, and turn data‑driven insights into measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid‑media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion.
• Create and manage comprehensive media plans for assigned brands and local markets.
• Implement campaigns from launch through optimisation, ensuring key performance targets are met.
• Monitor budgets, analyse results and recommend adjustments across regions.
• Produce weekly performance reports and present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital‑media trends and test new tools and techniques.
