About the role
Join the Customer Service Checkout team at Mitre 10 MEGA Brougham St, providing friendly and efficient service to shoppers in a fast‑paced retail environment. The role can be full‑time or part‑time, with flexible hours and the possibility of extra shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers at the checkout, ensuring accurate and courteous transactions.
- Retrieve and organise shopping trolleys from the car park.
- Help customers transport their purchases to their vehicles.
- Maintain a clean and safe checkout area.
- Provide support to the team during busy periods, including weekends.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and team‑oriented attitude.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Good time‑management and ability to work efficiently.
- Physically fit and able to handle merchandise.
