Customer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Customer Marketing Manager will deepen relationships with EROAD’s New Zealand customers, driving retention, expansion and advocacy across the full customer lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of Marketing – New Zealand, the role works closely with Customer Success, Sales and Product teams and contributes to global customer marketing frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute NZ customer lifecycle marketing programmes, delivering timely and personalised communications.
• Design and run upsell and cross‑sell campaigns in partnership with Sales and Customer Success.
• Build and manage the NZ customer advocacy programme, nurturing brand advocates across key industries.
• Produce customer case studies, testimonials and success stories in collaboration with regional teams.
• Plan and deliver customer‑focused events, roundtables and VIP experiences.
• Develop and execute a social media content calendar that balances storytelling, product updates and industry insights.
• Build and maintain customer segments in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy for lifecycle communications.
• Create and optimise email workflows, sequences and nurture tracks within HubSpot Marketing Hub Enterprise.
• Own and maintain EROAD’s global customer marketing playbook, documenting frameworks and templates.
