Customer Experience Representative

About the role

Join Kiwibank’s award‑winning Contact Centre as a Customer Experience Representative. You will be the first point of contact for thousands of Kiwi each day, helping them secure their financial future through friendly, knowledgeable service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with 50‑60 customers daily via phone and Securemail, delivering innovative banking solutions.
• Set up new accounts, guide customers through credit‑card applications and investment opportunities.
• Assist customers facing fraud or financial hardship with empathy and confidence.
• Refer customers to product partners when appropriate to enhance their Kiwibank experience.
• Educate customers on self‑service options and day‑to‑day banking needs.

Required profile

• Passionate about building relationships and communicating with people.
• Resilient, quick to absorb new information and solutions‑focused.
• Reliable fibre internet connection.
• Clean criminal and credit check.
