Customer Experience Owner (Pega) – Agile Squad Lead

About the role

As a Customer Experience Owner you will lead agile squads to design and deliver customer‑centric solutions using Pega and other enterprise platforms. You will drive digital transformation, champion innovation and keep the customer voice at the centre of every decision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver business value and improve customer journeys.
• Prioritise and manage backlogs, epics and features aligned with ASB’s strategy.
• Represent the customer in all squad activities and decisions.
• Collaborate with technology, digital and operations stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and agile ways of working.
• Ensure delivery meets risk, compliance and quality standards.
• Translate business needs into funding and capability requests.
• Measure and communicate outcomes aligned to Tribe goals and OKRs.
• Enable frontline and back‑office teams through workflow automation.

Required profile

• Strategic leader with a passion for outstanding customer experiences.
• Proven experience in customer experience, digital or technology roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Comfortable prioritising, planning and delivering work in agile teams.
• Calm, resilient and adaptable under pressure.
